Overnight Protein Oats
Set it tonight, grab it tomorrow. 28g protein.
Creamy overnight oats loaded with protein powder, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Five flavors, one base recipe. Zero morning effort required.
I am not a morning person. I train at 5:30 AM, which means I need breakfast ready before my brain turns on. Overnight oats solved this problem completely. You spend 10 minutes on Sunday night, and you have breakfast handled through Friday.
The base recipe is the same every time: oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds. That is your foundation. Then you pick a flavor. I rotate through five: peanut butter banana, blueberry vanilla, chocolate, apple cinnamon, and strawberry. Same macros, different taste, no boredom.
The chia seeds are not optional. They thicken everything overnight and add fiber plus omega-3s. Without them, you get soupy oats. With them, you get something that actually feels like a meal. I eat these cold straight from the jar on the drive to the gym.
